We are pleased to advise the Social Impact Property Fund No. 1 offer closed on 31 March 2011 and the Fund was established.

Negotiations are continuing with the ULDA to acquire the Fitzgibbon Community Centre situated in the master planned Fitzgibbon Chase residential development. The building is currently under construction and due for completion in July 2011. Further details of the construction and tenancy agreements will be released as they progress.
